From € 200,00 for 1,5 hours photoshoot, including processing and post production.
(small till average properties until 3 bedrooms. For larger properties with swimming pools prices on demand).
Drone photo shoot
€ 150,00 for 1 hour photo shoot, including processing and post production.
Note:
Real Estate Agents are eligible for a discount of 15% on above prices, when purchasing 5 or more photoshoots of properties within a period of 3 months.

EXTRA STYLING COSTS ?
Preparing and styling the property for a photo or video shoot is essential for a great looking image.
This takes some preparation time and especially experience.
Many images on our website were styled in joined cooperation with the real estate agent and owner. If MMP needs to do the photo or video shoot without assistance from a real estate agent or owner, € 100,00 will be charged for extra styling time ‘on the spot’. For the styling we use the existing furniture and other materials.
